Poetry 'n Prose

A Taste For Grief

A taste for grief

Intermittant grief

Intermitant surprise at the absence of grief

Fear of sudden movement

A desire to embrace hedonism

A reluctance to touch and an avoidance of the night sky

A reverence for stillness

A varnish of knowledge of culpability

An open vein of melody in the shower

And in another room the sound of water dripping on metal

By 67paintings

A dialectical site of poetry, painting and the odd musical excursion into the unknown.
