Poetry 'n Prose

Home Tomorrow

An unforgotten place
It makes your senses tingle

It can sit in your mouth
Like a sliver of mangos with honey

It’s the place you
Think you can leave, but can’t

It speaks to you
No matter the distance apart

Striking itself hard
Against the tuning fork of your body

With ecstasy
Salted lips taste, a lover who is near

You’ll be,
Embraced, tucked up home tomorrow

A dialectical site of poetry, painting and the odd musical excursion into the unknown.
