Consummate Light

When you approach
There are children running
Playing together
In the park,

When we touch
There are care-free lovers
Laughter walking
Hand in hand,

When we embrace
There is grass growing
Between our toes like
Paving stones,

When you leave
There are war planes
scribing a love you poem
In clear blue skies,

And when we meet again
There is nothing more to say
The sun being our light
Like it was today.

A dialectical site of poetry, painting and the odd musical excursion into the unknown.
