Always remember the sand sculptures at Weymouth every summer as a child

I loved working on this… It became a kind of metaphor of the way feel about life. Caught in the quicksand. Anchored to the spot and yet striving to move on with one leg out reaching for something beyond, knowing the world is full of laughter and sunshine.
